Re: Multiple authors on OA articles in IR's

>From my perspective, the institutional or disciplinary repository 
is a service to the faculty, institution, and discipline.  To 
fulfill this function, it is important to have all of the works 
of the faculty member that they wish to deposit in one place, 
regardless of whether or not they are the first author.

This allows the author to have one URL to point people to, a kind 
of "author's works".  The IR will also serve as a "department's 
works", and a "university's works".

As an author, I find this very valuable.  Once other faculty 
members have an opportunity to see this benefit, I am confident 
that it will increase the inclination to want to self-archive.

To illustrate how an open access archives can work as an author's
