Have any libraries on this list subscribed to SERU? 
http://www.niso.org/workrooms/seru As there is nothing to sign 
and no particular vendor to reach agreement with, I'm trying to 
figure out what the administrative process might be for getting 
this approved at my university. I'd appreciate advice from 
librarians at other academic institutions as to the best course 
of action.
