Joan,

I would very much like to hear about your strategy in encouraging 
publishers to abandon geographic site-based pricing.  Our bureau 
has approximately a thousand researchers scattered throughout the 
United States in more than 400 field offices. Working with 
publishers to arrive at a reasonable quote for bureau-wide access 
for this type of organizational structure has been a nightmare.
