A survey of E-journal management

Hi all,

I'm a doctoral student from Peking University of China, now a 
visiting scholar in UIUC. Recently I'm doing a survey of cost 
control methods for E-journal management in libraries, the survey

The information gathered will be used in my Peking University 
Ph.D. research on developing a cost control model for e-journal 
collection management. I hope anyone of you who is handling or
