Artist Book Hour

Join us at Haas Arts Library for the next Artist Book Hour event featuring a selection of artist books considered for the current exhibition, “A Few Words Worn Around the Edges, Pressed into Something Soft: Ten West Coast Women Printers.”

The term “artist book” can be hard to define. Simply put, an artist book is an art object inspired by the form and/or function of a conventional book. Haas Arts Library has thousands of artist books in its special collections. Exhibition co-curator, Jessica Becker will join us for this lunchtime session and share a selection of artist books considered for the “A Few Words Worn Around the Edges” exhibition.
