Yale Library has created a prototype for an Artificial Intelligence (AI) application that can elicit information and insights from digital special collections. The tool can be used learn about special collections and/or to learn about large language models.

The library is looking to partner with instructors to integrate this tool into assignments and course activities. In this session we’ll review how the tool works, discuss how to participate, and share how to access RA funding to support the inclusion of the application in a course. Michael Appleby, Director, Software Engineering and Lauren Di Monte, Associate University Librarian for Research and Learning.
