Since 2009, digital humanities has developed a flourishing trend in mainland China. Recently, the development of digital humanities has become and more diverse and varied with the increase of several DH research centers, journals and courses. Digital humanities has gained more fans while provoked many internal debates and various challenging from outside. This presentation will briefly describe the current state of digital humanities development in the scope of great China, and summarize the controversies and questions during the development period, in order to listen to the opinions and suggestions of all participants.
