Description:

Please join Yale Library for refreshments and remarks celebrating the opening of the 2022–2023 Model Research Collection, “Lyric Thinking: Poetry in the World,” curated by Dr. Ayesha Ramachandran, Associate Professor of Comparative Literature.
The event will take place in Bass Library on the courtyard level near the Model Research Collection. No advanced registration is required.

The Model Research Collection is a curated collection housed on the Courtyard Level of Bass Library. It is meant to show the breadth and depth of the collections of Yale’s libraries through the lens of one researcher’s experience in exploring their area of inquiry. In turn, it allows novice researchers a glimpse into the collections and research process at Yale. Dr. Ramachandran will be speaking on the topic of lyric poetry and her research process that led to the creation of the Model Research Collection.
If you need an accommodation to fully participate in this event, please contact Katy Webb at kathryn.webb@yale.edu
