This event will be held at 1267 Chapel Street, New Haven

On behalf of Yale Library DEIA and the MLK Citywide Read Planning Committee, we are pleased to partner with Saint Paul Union American Methodist Episcopal Church to engage in a civic discourse on the written works of Rev. Dr. William J. Barber II. Continuing our commitment to engaging the local community, we invite you and any groups you are affiliated with to participate in a collaborative community forum hosted by Yale Library staff on Saturday, February 1, from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. We will facilitate a discussion on selected passages from Dr. Barber’s writings, focusing on civil rights, religion, and how both subjects impact society today. Refreshments will be provided, and everyone is welcome to attend and participate.
