Special Collections system will be interrupted on Oct. 15

The system for requesting and delivering materials for use in Yale Library Special Collections reading rooms will be interrupted on Oct. 15 for an Aeon system upgrade. Affected Special Collections reading rooms include the Arts Library Special Collections, the Beinecke Library, the Divinity Library, the Lewis Walpole Library, the Manuscripts and Archives Reading Room, the Medical Historical Library, and the Yale Center for British Art. Researchers should request materials stored offsite on Oct. 13 or by 1 pm on Oct. 14 for use later that week. Materials stored onsite will not be affected.

 

Note that all reading rooms will be open standard hours on Oct. 15, but deliveries on that date may be canceled or delayed.
