Sterling Library hosts inauguration open house and tours April 4-5

Sterling Memorial Library will host an open house April 4-5 as part of the week-long celebration of the inauguration of Maurie McInnis as the 24th president of Yale on April 6.

The open house will include architectural tours, a pop-up exhibit of archival materials, and a selection of film highlights related to previous inaugurations and and cinematic representations of Yale.

Friday, April 4

Architectural Tours, Meet in the Nave, 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

University Archives Pop-Up Exhibit, Gates Classroom, 1-4 p.m. (Classroom entrance is at the far end of the Linonia and Brothers Reading Room)

Saturday, April 5

Yale in Film: Clips of Yale-Related Scenes in Cinema, Lecture Hall, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. (This is a repeating loop; visitors may stop in at any point.)
