The archive offers previously inaccessible resources and new insights into the life and work of a beloved American poet. The materials will be available for use at Beinecke Library in early December.
Arthur Sze has been named the 25th U.S. Poet Laureate for 2025-26 by the Library of Congress. In February he was the 54th recipient of Yale’s Bollingen Prize for American Poetry. His papers are at the Beinecke Library.
Mei-mei Berssenbrugge has won Yale’s 2021 Bollingen Prize for American Poetry. The prize is awarded biennially to an American poet for the best book published during the previous two years or for lifetime achievement.
