Yale Library announces new Senior Exhibit Fellowship, proposals due March 7

Proposals are due March 7 for a new fellowship that will provide one rising senior a $4,200 summer research stipend plus mentoring and production support to curate a museum-quality exhibit in Sterling Library.

Kenya Siana Flash, librarian for Political Science, Global Information, and Government Information at Marx Science and Social Science Library, was an exceptional and beloved social sciences librarian, colleague, teacher, and community member. She died Dec. 24 at the age of 41.

Yale University Library’s Beinecke Library has acquired a collection of more than 200 prints by renowned American photographer Gordon Parks. The prints constitute one of the largest collections of the photographer’s work available for study in an institution.
