Access to Health Poll Database is limited to current Yale University students, faculty, and staff. 

 

Off-campus users who are not using Yale’s Cisco VPN may log in by clicking the red Login button at the top right of the Health Poll Database site and selecting Yale University from the Your Affiliation dropdown menu:
