70 years after Brown v. Board of Education: At the Nexus of Blackness, Disability and Education

As we embark on the 3rd Annual Symposium for Disability and Accessibility at Yale, we take time to reflect on the historical significance of the Brown v. Board of Education decision and to critically reflect on the educational landscape at the nexus of blackness and disability seven decades later. Our Symposium offers an entire week of events such as panel discussions, research presentations, exhibitions, and more on the subject of disability race, inclusion, equity, accessibility, and liberation.
