Resources on Yale History

Dave Richards, author of Skulls and Keys: The Hidden History of Yale’s Secret Societies, and I Give These Books: The History of the Yale University Library, 1656-2016, has developed an in-depth understanding of how to conduct research into Yale history. In his talk, Mr. Richards will describe what prior histories of the University were foundational to his research, although none of these were focused even in brief on the subjects about which he wrote, and what other archival sources–some predictable, and some not–turned out to be fundamental to telling those histories.
