Here to help: Library offers info sessions during International Open Access Week
Open access scholarship—unrestricted by privilege, geographic location, or pay walls—is more equitable and inclusive, is read and cited at higher rates, and gives scholars more control over their work. Yale Library is committed to providing students, faculty, and scholars with increased opportunities to publish their own research and to benefit from the open access research being made available by their peers worldwide.
Yale researchers unfamiliar with open access may, however, need some guidance on the finer points of open licenses, online sharing, and inclusive practices. The library is here to help.
From Mon., Oct. 24, through Fri., Oct. 28, the library will host a series of Zoom presentations for students and faculty and a Friday Zoom drop-in info session for students. View and register for all events here.
Mon., Oct. 24, 1 p.m.
